The new, twisted logic from deranged Democrats: Since health care reform is “killing people,” the people should murder Republicans first

In the immediate aftermath of the near-assassination last month of GOP House Majority Whip Steve Scalise by a far-Left supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders, Democrats implemented a temporary suspension of their daily use of hateful rhetoric many political observers — including not a few Republicans — blamed for the attack.

But again, it was only temporary; within a few days, Democrats enraged by President Donald J. Trump and disillusioned with being in the minority in both chambers of Congress, once again launched hate-filled tirades against the White House and the GOP, especially in regards to the Republicans’ attempts to work out an Obamacare repeal-and-replace bill. With outrageously erroneous claims that Republicans are trying to “kill Americans” by “taking away their health insurance,” lawmakers like Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton have once again inflamed their base of supporters.

“I’ve read the Republican ‘health care’ bill. This is blood money. They’re paying for tax cuts with American lives,” Warren tweeted.

Clinton followed that up with this lie: “Forget death panels. If Republicans pass this bill, they’re the death party.”

Notes Breitbart NewsJoel B. Pollack, senior editor-at-large:

That alarmist rhetoric is spreading throughout the party, from the top down, as if last week’s shooting attack against Republicans, in which House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) was critically injured, never happened.

Democrats seem not to care that telling Americans that Republicans are trying to kill them might prompt others to act violently in what they may perceive to be their own self-defense.

Clinton’s reference to “death panels” was alluding to something that was popularized by former GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin in 2009 to describe the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB), which was created via Obamacare. The panel has sweeping authority to determine Medicare reimbursement rates, determinations that could only be overturned by two-thirds’ vote of both chambers of Congress, itself preposterous.

“There was a justified fear that health care would be rationed — i.e. withheld — from the elderly by the IPAB as a way to cut costs,” Pollack noted, adding that in the free market, health care is still rationed, but that decision is left to individuals, not government bureaucrats.

What’s also noteworthy about Democrats’ unhinged claims about the GOP health reform bill is that it ignores how many deaths are caused every year by the mainstream medical system.

As Natural News founder/editor Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, observed:

In their delusional world — which has long since abandoned anything resembling reason or reality — the Obamacare system saved lives and killed no one, while a Republican-run system would be the equivalent of the mass murder of Americans. Seriously, this is the dark rhetoric now being spewed by Democrats whose words achieve nothing other than inspiring psychopathic left-wing killers to gun down Republican congressmen on a baseball field.

He further pointed out that prescription drugs alone kill more than 100,000 people every year, and that statistically speaking, prescription medications are more than 16,400 percent more deadly than domestic terrorism.

And those don’t include the hundreds of thousands of additional deaths caused by traditional health care annually, either.

“Somehow, Democrats have decided that none of these deaths count,” Adams continued. “Nope, all the people who died under Obama’s health care fiasco are forgotten and swept under the rug. It’s only the people who die after the Republicans take over the health care system that will be counted, you see.”

As for “killing” people, there is additional ancillary evidence that suggests Obamacare has led to even more deaths. Because the law has driven insurance premiums and especially deductibles so high, fewer people are getting timely medical care because they can’t afford the out-of-pocket expense; how many of these Americans have died waiting to earn enough money to be treated, though they had “health insurance coverage?”

“What researchers found is that high-deductible plans may be working against better health outcomes for patients who need care the most. As the number of chronic conditions increased for each patient with a high-deductible plan, so did that patient’s level of debt and likelihood of delaying or forgoing health care,” noted the American Academy of Family Physicians, citing a 2016 study.
